Glitter Boutique ltd, we use Royal Mail, DHL or UPS for all orders. These services mainly deliver from Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 5.30pm. Please ensure someone is on site to accept your delivery if any signature required as per your order. For remote areas such as Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands delivery may take an additional 3-10 working days.

In the case you are not at home, if small enough it will be dropped through the letterbox window. If the product/s do not fit, then delivery driver will leave a collection slip.

We do deliver to addresses outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Channels Islands. If, however, we accept an Order for delivery outside that area, you may need to pay import duties or other taxes, as we will not pay them.

You can only track your deliveries if you have chosen express trackable delivery at the checkout.

• Refund Timeframe: You have 30 days to return an item from when it’s delivered for a full refund. No refund will be issued for any returns received after this 30 day period. Proof of postage is vital.
• Returning Costs: The Customer must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.
• Notify us: Please notify us via email [email protected] if you wish to return any goods. We will reply you back with our return address.
• Product: The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items which includes any free gifts.
• Refunds: All refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products subject to the product condition.
